Change of organisational culture with interactive comics

Relocating offices could bring about profound changes in the life of an organisation. This happened in the case of Pannon GSM Távközlési Zrt. Moving into their new headquarters not only meant changing offices, a new style of work was also introduced, underlining the company’s commitment to its workforce.

We were invited to assist in laying the groundwork for these changes. As a result, a four-part interactive comic series was created for the employees. Through a series of challenges Peter, our protagonist, experiences the practical results of change: flexible hours, the freedom to choose the work environment, transparent efficiency, and the need for constant renewal and lifelong learning.

All this was spiced up with mini-games and decision-making, accompanied by excellent and proven narration and music, and delivered to our client in the first quarter of 2009.
