Assessing training needs and requirements is an essential step, be it the development of training material or the roll-out of a complex e-learning solution. Our consultants are there to help you in this, as they can judge if electronic learning is able to advance the set development goals at all, and if so in what way.
Concept and design
Following a thorough assessment and understanding of needs, Eduweb experts develop a concept of the proposed learning solution. In case of curriculum development, structure, functionality and methodology are developed, as well as a background story or even game design in certain cases. If an learning system is (also) to be introduced, this phase sees the creation of a roll-out plan.
Implementation
Multimedia programmers, graphic artists and technical experts play a key role in this phase. Their work is coordinated by our project managers, who ensure that products truly fulfilling the approved concept are developed within the specified time and budget.
Roll-out and services
The final curriculum is uploaded to an existing environment or the one we create, followed by testing and a possible pilot training, leading up to the educational material going live. If required, we are ready to provide customers with operational support and consultancy even after roll-out.
