Stress Management




The Stress Management e-Learning material was developed by the N.E.O. 2000 Studio and Eduweb Multimedia Co. Basically the learning material is offered to:



  • those who are suffering from stress because of their profession,
  • those who have to face conflicts when working with customers or colleagues,
  • those who have to handle consciously their stress experiences, reduce the stress symptoms, and dissolve the stress sources.
Content

The e-Learning material built up from 6 modules:

  • Conflict Management
  • Personal conflict management techniques, self-evaluation and analysis, empathy, motivation
  • Basics of the Stress Management
  • Inventory of the stress symptoms
  • Stress at the workplace
  • Basic methods of the Stress Management

All modules consist of theoretical background knowledge and exercises (questionnaires, essay questions, case-studies, self-assessment tests) which need practical adaptation of the acquired knowledge and additional knowledge and relaxation exercises. The acquisition is evaluated by test found at the end of the topics. The group activities can be done in the groups of 10. The transmission of the knowledge is facilitated by multimedia tolls: animations, interactions, audio and video files.

The "Help" consists of technical helps and aids to ease the learning process. The "Diary" contains the important dates of the modules, the deadlines and the dates of the counselor days.

Suggested time-frame

30 hours per each module, altogether 6 months.

Result

The main target of the e-Learning material is to help the students to gain consciousness regarding to the stress and conflict situations, the conflict solving methods, the personal stress marks and the personal stress management methods. The consciousness makes possible to handle the negative effects.

Optional tutorial support

The e-Learning material requires tutorial support which can happen in two ways:

  • Via Internet (correcting and evaluating the essays and the group exercises, monitoring the case studies, answering the occurring questions through the forum or via e-mail, on-line counseling through the chat),
  • Blended learning (tutorial support via internet combined with consultations and classroom teaching).
