User – learner, student User of the Learning environment, after registration he/she can take a course – it can be free or charge of, public or restricted –, learn, make tests or exams and make connections with colleagues or tutor. |
Tutor – teacher Tutor manages the courses. He/she has to or can modify the data of course, accept or deny the new registration dismiss the student, change TMs and tests, edit TMs and tests, evaluate and check the result of tests and support the learners with continuous communication. |
Administrator – system manager He/she is authorized to build up the hierarchy of system and management, to create or cancel courses, to modify data, cue or authorization of users, to create or change new cues. There is a possibility beside the main system administrator to administrate smaller hierarchical part with restricted authorization but same functionality. |

Content manager He/she can upload TMs for courses or manage version of content or delete them. |
Organizer He/she can administrate and manage the traditional or e-Learning courses in the Learning environment. The functions can be practiced by him/her are higher hierarchy than the tutors'. He/she can edit statistics from the system, and make administration tasks: acceptance of registrations, reports, attendance register etc. |
Leader He/she can approve or deny the registration for training of his/her colleagues. They can access statistics, reports about training and results, or status of registration of their colleagues. The approval of leader is optional can be tailored by courses or omitted. |
