The Basic Manager Skills e-Learning material was developed by the N.E.O. 2000 Studio and Eduweb Multimedia Co. Basically the learning material is offered to:

- Human Resource Specialists

Content
- Financial and management accounting (review, statement through accounts, statements with the use of the executives' information.)
- Classic manager objects (motivation, deputing, manager role, difficulties generated by the manager role, conflict, conflict management, manager styles, employee types)
- Introduction to the change management (the nature of the change, situations when the change management is necessary, situation recognition, performers of the change process, resistance management, success criteria of the change management)
Students are helped by caseworks, examples, problems and questions to contemplate, study-aid materials, a glossary and a bibliography. To check and evaluate the acquired knowledge at the end of each module, questions, group exercises, research themes and tests can be found.
The students can account for their skill governed knowledge through essays and assignments.
Suggested time-frame
- Financial and management accounting: 60 hours
- Classic manager objects: 30 hours
- Introduction to the change management: 30 hours
