The possible ways of access to the system can be tailored according to the customers needs:

• Site Licenses for

  • Unlimited number of users and unlimited period
• Provided thru ASP contract for
  • Limited number of users and limited period
  • Unlimited number of users and unlimited period

These constructions don't limit the provided number of training materials and the measure of content provided by using the system.

Tasks of installation

The installation of system integrates the activities as follows:

Measuring

In the measuring process we have to collect the necessary data of the existing software, hardware and networking capacity of user to prepare the personally tailoring process and the communication with the existing information system. The methodology of measuring process is the analysis of the documents providing by the user and personal data collection.

Personally tailoring

We create the image element, the institutional structure, the cues of learning environment involving actively the staff of user. The personally tailoring process is the implementation and checking of tasks defined in measuring process. The result of this process is the working software system according to the requirement of user.

Installation (only Intranet application)

The installation of system, tuning the software components is made by staff of Eduweb Multimedia Co.

Testing

The testing process on user side is including the functional working of system and the validity of starting data. Result of testing is the Approval report of the working system.

Training

This training is organized for the system administrators of user to support the introduction of system application. The training can be organized at headquarter of Eduweb Multimedia Co. or the proposed place of the user. We provide a User Manual for the system administrators.
